Delivery Time
Normal delivery time is 5-7 business days within the continental US. Delivery time to international destinations is 4-6 weeks. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Sales Tax
California, Illinois and Indiana residents will be charged applicable sales tax. Current tax rates: CA – 8.3%; IN – 6%; IL – 10%

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping charges are added to all orders. Shipping within the continental US is 12%; 15% to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

	I’m an educator. Can I get a desk copy?
	Yes, we ask that you pay for the desk copy. Once we receive your order for 5 or more books, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase.
	Ordering for a bookstore?
	We offer special discounts to bookstores.
	Was your book damaged or defective?
	Your book will be replaced at no cost to you.
	Did you receive the wrong item?
	We’ll get the correct book shipped to you at no cost.
