Taking the examination. At the beginning of the examination, the examinee must verify that his/her identification information and examination category are correct as shown on the computer screen. Next, the directions for entering responses will appear.

The examinations in all categories consist of multiple choice questions, presented one at a time on the computer screen. Each question must be answered to the best of the examinee’s ability when it is presented. At the end of the examination, examinees may review some or all of their responses and change them if they wish. After all questions have been answered, the program enters the review mode. In the review mode, the examinee may evaluate or change their responses entered.

When the examinee has completed reviewing the examination, the End Exam button on the screen must be pressed to end the examination. A message will appear on the screen, asking the examinee to verify that he wishes to exit the examination. If the examinee responds by using the YES button, the examination is completed.
