Career Ambassadors and Pathology Ambassadors are a volunteer network of laboratory professional, pathologist, and resident members that promote careers in the medical laboratory in their communities. Through hands-on activities and engaging presentations, Ambassadors help young people understand and appreciate the medical laboratory’s role in patient care, and inspire them to pursue a career in the medical laboratory and pathology while cultivating relationships in their community. Log in to your ASCP account and submit your interest via the Volunteer Portal.
An ASCP local chapter is a unique way to connect with pathologists and laboratory professionals in your area. Attend networking events with your local chapter, collaborate with local colleagues, and volunteer in your community. Each chapter is operated by local members who hold officer positions within the chapter, with national support from ASCP. Join a chapter today.
The ASCP Mentorship Program connects ASCP members for professional guidance and support. The mentorship program connects individuals with specific skills and experience (mentors) with individuals looking to grow in their careers by learning from others (mentees). Get started today.
