Application Cycle Timeline

  • March 31: Deadline to apply for a position starting the same year
  • May–August: Applications in review
  • September: Members notified of their application status
  • Fall Annual Meeting: New volunteer appointments approved at the ASCP Board of Directors Meeting

How to Volunteer

It is simple to apply and get involved.

  1. Click on Go To Volunteer Application below to start the process.
  2. Log in with your ASCP ID number.
  3. Complete the application and choose from the available opportunities.
  4. Complete a 1-2 paragraph statement about why you want to serve.
  5. Submit your CV/resume.
  6. Submit your application.

Deadline to Apply

Applications are open year-round, with March 31 as the deadline to be considered for a position starting that same year.

Applications received after the March 31 deadline will be considered for the next calendar year.

If there is an immediate opening, ASCP will search existing applications to identify volunteers with the right skill set and background.
