Get Active with ASCP and Earn CMP Points

In addition to earning CE credits to apply towards CMP Point requirements, there are a variety of opportunities with ASCP to earn points. Volunteer to get active with ASCP as a faculty, committee member, author and earn points. Below are some specific options available to ASCP members.

  • Serve on a ASCP committee or board. The Council for Laboratory Professionals is a good place to start.
  • Author a journal article for Laboratory Medicine.
  • Serve on a product committee.
  • Present poster/exhibits at the ASCP Annual Meeting.
