Honoring Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders in the Laboratory

Increasing diversity and inclusion in healthcare is at the forefront of issues affecting pathology and laboratory medicine. Creating an inclusive workforce that better represents the population the laboratory serves is critical to providing high quality, equitable care. In celebration of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month in 2021, ASCP spoke with Asian American or Pacific Islander members of the laboratory to amplify their voices and insight on their experiences in healthcare and in the laboratory.
