Rodney Rohde, PhD, SM(ASCP)CM, SVCM, MBCM, FACSc, associate director for the Texas State University Translational Health Research Center in San Marcos, Texas, and the College of Health Professions chair and Distinguished Regents' Professor of Clinical Laboratory Science
