To spotlight the Hispanic and Latinx communities, we are highlighting resources to assist pathologists and laboratory professionals in creating a more inclusive environment.
Diversity in healthcare—for both employees and patients—is essential for delivering high-quality patient care. When we understand the diverse needs of our staff and patient populations both inside and outside of the laboratory, we become leaders in fostering inclusive care.
