ASCP is conducting its 2023 Wage Survey to provide the most recent wage data within the nation’s clinical laboratory workforce. Since 1988, this survey has served as the primary source of information for academic, governmental, and industry labor analysts. Results from past surveys show that laboratory medicine is a rapidly evolving field. ASCP continues to gather questions, comments, and suggestions from our members regarding the profession with the goal of addressing them through this important survey. The questionnaire includes questions regarding the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on laboratory wages, staffing and retention of staff. The survey will remain open until May 3, 2023. Click
